Also, it’s been made clear to all the operators that they should start working on the machines when the official hours begin. Earlier it was taken for granted that official timings are just for card punching to enter the factory but now work starts exactly on time. It is in fact a cost-saving/productive initiative that develops professionalism kind of spirit among operators,” told Babul Singh, IE Manager of the company
